Preheat your oven to 350°F.
Peel your bananas and add them to your blender with all of the ingredients listed above. Blend on high until smooth.
⅗ whole bananas⅓ cups whole wheat flour2 ⅘ ounces coconut milk⅕ cup coconut or brown sugar⅕ cup coconut oil⅕ tablespoon flaxseed meal⅕ tablespoon vanilla extract⅕ teaspoon baking soda⅕ teaspoon salt⅕ teaspoon cinnamon⅕ teaspoon nutmegTransfer batter to a lined or greased loaf pan. Slice an extra banana in half long ways, and place on top. Sprinkle a little bit of extra sugar on top of the raw banana (optional)
