Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer on low to combine your oil, butter, and peanut butter.
⅕ cup oil⅕ cup vegan butter⅕ cup creamy salted peanut butterAdd both sugars and cream together with your mixer until well combined (about 45 seconds).
⅕ cup light brown sugar⅕ cup granulated sugarAdd the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until completely combined. It's okay if it's more sandy than smooth.
